How to Request for a Qualification to be Reissued
If you have lost your Certificate, Competency Transcript or Statement of Attainment, you can request for it to be reissued by clicking on the appropriate link below. Please note that a reissue fee applies. Replacements can take 5 - 15 working days to arrive.

- Certificates and Competency Transcripts (e.g. Certificate IV in Training and Assessment) - reissue fee $99
- Statements of Attainment (e.g. RSA, RSG or Follow Workplace Hygeine units) - reissue fee $25
