Certificate 3 Guarantee -- ICT30115 - Information, Digital Media and Technology
ICT30115 - Information, Digital Media and Technology, provides students with the skills and knowledge to be competent in a wide range of general information and communications technology (ICT) technical functions. This course is best taken for those wishing to increase their knowledge of computers and software and/or those looking for a job in a computer related field.
The Certificate 3 Guarantee will give all eligible Queenslanders access to a Queensland Government funded training place for their first Certificate III level qualification in priority training areas. This will enable every Queenslander the chance to obtain great skills for real job opportunities or career progression.
Please be advised that participants will no longer be eligible for a subsidised training place under the Certificate 3 Guarantee once they complete a Certificate level 3 qualification.

Eligibility Requirements
In order to be eligible for the Certificate 3 Guarantee, a student must:
- not hold or be currently undertaking a certificate level 3 or higher qualification. This does not include certificate level 3 qualifications completed while at secondary school.
- be 15 years of age or older.
- have finished secondary school or left school.
- be an Australian citizen or Australian permanent resident residing in Queensland or a New Zealand citizen permanently residing in Queensland.
How much will I have to pay?
The following student contribution fees are ALL INCLUSIVE
Normal Fee $50
Government Subsidised rate for eligible Queenslanders.
Concessional Rate $25
A discount for those who hold a Health Care or Pensioner Concession Card, and for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students
Concessional participants are defined as follows:

Concessional participants are defined as follows:
- the participant holds a health care concession card or pensioner concession card issued under Commonwealth law, or is the partner or a dependant of a person who holds a Health Care concession card or Pensioner concession card, and is named on the card; or
- the participant holds an official form under Commonwealth law confirming that the participant, his or her partner or the person of whom the person is a dependant, is entitled to concessions under a health care concession card or pensioner concession card; or
- the participant is an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander person
